Mae Social ("we", "us") is a content strategy and brand messaging studio based in Surat, India. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
1. What we collect
When you contact us via the enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp we receive your name, email, the service you selected, and whatever you write in the message body. We keep that conversation history so we can pick up where we left off.
2. Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal, and — if we start working together — invoice and deliver. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
3. Analytics
We may use privacy-first analytics to understand which pages are read. These do not identify you personally and no advertising cookies are set.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Project records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting compliance.
5. Your rights
Email me.maesocial@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We reply within 7 working days.
