Terms of service.
These terms apply when you engage Mae Social for strategy, messaging or content work. When we send a proposal, the proposal + these terms make up our agreement.
1. Scope
Every project has a written scope document. Anything outside that scope is a change request and gets estimated separately before we start.
2. Payment
50% to start, 50% on delivery for fixed-scope work. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments pause the work.
3. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions per deliverable are included. Beyond that, we bill hourly at the rate in your proposal.
4. Ownership & IP
Once you've paid in full, all deliverables are yours. We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio and case notes unless you ask us not to in writing.
5. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential and only discuss it with the people working on your project. NDAs are welcome.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us for the project in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are settled in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
