Case note 06 / 13 · Home décor & lifestyle
Moved a product brand into an aspirational lifestyle voice.
Repositioning · Lifestyle storytelling
01 — Overview
Aura House was presenting décor as products on a white background. In a category bought on feeling, that reduced beautiful objects to a price and a size, and made the brand interchangeable with every marketplace listing.
Repositioning away from catalogue posts toward spaces, moods and customer identity. Brand tone, aspirational product storytelling and editorial direction that connects an object to the life somebody wants around it.
"Nobody buys the object. They buy the room."
The scope
02 — Highlights
01
The product stopped being the hero and became part of a room, a routine, a time of day.
02
A warmer, editorial voice replaced specification copy — description of feeling, not dimensions.
03
Each collection was launched with a story and a mood rather than a grid of new arrivals.
04
Seasonal campaigns were planned as occasions, giving the brand a reason to talk beyond restocks.
What it does now
A distinctly more premium, aspirational presence — content that ties products to moods, spaces and everyday life instead of competing on the listing page.
